From the time I place my order, how long will it be before I receive it?

We try to process all orders and ship them within 48 hours, however due to high demand your products can take 1 to 4 weeks to arrive!

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 9 to 20 days

UK, France, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria - 8 to 20 days 

Rest of the world - 14 days to a month

How will I be able to track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in the Shipping Confirmation or Updates emails. You can use that number to track your order at here.
Please note that your tracking number may take a few days to active!

Only part of my order showed up. Where is the rest of my order?

It is normal when ordering multiple products to sometimes receive your items in different packages and on different dates! 

That is because our store works with small merchants and artisans in order to provide the best prices and unique products, so your items might ship from different facilities around the world.

Please keep in mind however that most of the time your order will arrive in one package!

My order is missing parts or is broken. What do I need to do?

Please contact our customer service department at contact@ellyshopping.com and we'll immediately issue a refund or send replacement! 

I just placed my order but decided that I want to cancel it. What do I need to do?

To cancel your order, you must contact us the same day by midnight EST. Otherwise your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms.

How do i use a discount code?

To use promotional codes at checkout, please follow these steps:

  1. Finish adding items to your shopping cart
  2. click on the “Checkout” button
  3. You will be transferred to the Customer Information page where you will have to enter your contact information and Shipping Address!
  4. You can enter your discount code in the " Discount" field located on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click on the "Apply" button in order to have your discount calculated and applied to your order
